How to Navigate this Site

Check the menu at the top and the pages at the left for articles and new posts. In the Main Menu across the top, you can click on any heading and get information about what is contained under that heading. Or move your cursor down to pick a specific topic page within that heading.

In the column on the left, you will find other areas of interest that are not included in the Main Menu. Click directly on the topic you want and you will be taken there immediately. At the bottom of the left column, under “Welcome to the Main Menu bar,”  is a repeat of the Main Menu items, with the subheadings immediately visible. Clicking on “Timeline” under “Game History” at the left, for example, is the same as going to “Game History” in the Main Menu across the top and moving down to “Timeline.”

The right-hand column has links. If you hover your cursor over a link, you’ll see more information about what it is. Click on the link and you’ll be taken directly to the page of the linked site.

Search and Find

Too look for a particular name, such as a game, an author, or a key word, or to search for a series of words, such as a book title, go to the Search & Hit Enter box toward the upper right, type in the word(s) and hit “enter” (or “return”) on your keyboard. Your screen will show you what pages have the name or words you are searching for. Click on the title of a page to be taken there.

In order to search the page, you have to do a “Find” the same way you normally would on your computer: click two keys, either “control” and the letter “F” or (on a Mac) “command” and “F”. A new search box will appear at the very top right of your screen. Type in the word(s) you are searching for. The word(s) you are looking for will then be highlighted on that page with a box around them. To the left of the “Find” box you typed in, it will tell you how many times the word or phrase appears, and you can either scroll down the page to see them all, or click the “previous” or “next” arrows next to the search box to be taken to each word located, one word at a time.
